I want to make a booking – how do I do this?

Did you have a certain time in mind that you can’t find in the booking system? Unfortunately, that means the time is already booked. Call or write to us and we will help you find the best alternative.
I wear glasses, can I still play?
You can play just fine with glasses. Our equipment fits with glasses.
It should be noted however, that in the case of minor short-sightedness (-1), customers can usually do without their glasses, since the screens are close to your eyes.
If your glasses are stronger than that, if you have a congenital defect or far-sightedness, we recommend that you either use your normal glasses or contacts.
We have experienced that glasses with Progressive lenses do not work well for customers in the games.
I am pregnant. Can I still try the games?
You bet. We have had women close to term come in and have a blast. Our equipment doesn’t move in play, so you always control how you move. So, you set the limit for how wild the action will get. Furthermore, we have really awesome visual and low-movement games and experiences.
Is there a weight limit?
We have a weight limit of 120g, 265lbs or 18.8 St. in our Virtualizers.
In our Aarhus shop we have some racing setups and those have no weight limits.
Alcohol and Virtual Reality?
If you’ve had a glass of wine with your food, or a cold beer before your visit, this is not a problem for us. We do reserve the right the reject customers in case they are strongly intoxicated.
Can we bring our own drinks?
The short answer is no. In the case of an event with an open bar option, you are allowed then, and only then, to bring your own drinks.
Can we arrange events outside of business hours?
In the case you have a large event we can be open outside normal business hours, including Mondays and Tuesdays. This is only done for events with more than 8 people.
A small fee of 500 DKK will be added to normal event prices.

Something happened and we can’t make the event.
You can cancel your booking until 4 hours prior to the starting time. If you cancel later than that, or if the booking is not cancelled, we retain the right to demand full payment of you.
In case you have been prevented from a large event, the cancellation window is 24 hours prior to the booked appointment.

Can you send an invoice for our event?
As a rule payments are made in the shop at the time of the event.
We accept all typical credit cards and/or cash.

Is there an age limit?
Since we’ve started business, we have had many children come in for an awesome experience. Still, kids can be very different, and we usually say +10 years of age is about the lower limit. Naturally, not all our experiences are suited for children of age 10.
