Lounge with foosball table
In our cosy lounges you can sit and have a good time during your stay.
On our large screens you can follow the activities of other participants or you can have a match with our Foosball table.
Café with open bar option
We offer delicious cold or hot refreshments in our Virtual Reality Café. During your event we offer the option of an open bar, so you can supply yourselves freely during your stay.
Play up to 8 people at the same time
We have 8 gaming stations in our cafés, meaning you can play up to 8 people at the same time in games where you cooperate or fight each other.
Dedicated staff
You will be thoroughly introduced to the equipment and experiences you can enjoy, and if you have any questions our dedicated staff are always ready to help you during your stay.
Practical info
Capacity
If you’re considering an event with Limitless Virtual Reality, the size of your group is important for how much time you will want to book.
We have 8 gaming stations in most of our VR Cafés. That means we can offer up to 16 players a great VR experience within an hour. You should at minimum reserve 30 to 45 minutes per 6-8 players. This will ensure that you have an experience where you aren’t pressed for time and the service you receive is impeccable.
Price
The price of an event varies with the number of people and the duration of your stay.
The price for one hour of rental is 3.000 DKK.
You can add 30 minutes to your time at the cost of 1.500 DKK.
E.g. if you rent 2 hours, your price will end up at 6.000 DKK.
All prices include VAT.
Open bar
When you rent out the whole shop for a larger event, you have the choice of adding an open bar option. Our selection includes different types of beer, cider, soft drinks and water.
The price of an Open Bar option is 110 DKK per person per hour.
This means that if you book 1 hour and 30 minutes the price is 165 DKK per person. 2 hours will cost 220 DKK pr. person and so on.

Other relevant info
When you hold an event at Limitless Virtual Reality, you naturally book the entire venue for yourself.
This means that you can let loose with all our equipment and all you have to do is concentrate on having a good time with the people you bring along.
However, we cannot promise that your booking will not be followed by another larger event that may come into the VR café before your time ends.
Through many events, we have put together a number of different packages that we know work really well.
Of course, you can help put together the program yourself, but typically this is something we take care of.
